I've had the privledge to train with Nate McDonald. Coming from a sedentary lifestyle, Nate has helped me tremendously! His enthusiasm, drive, energy, positive attitude and passion for what he does has made a HUGE impact on my taking care of myself and developing a healthier lifestyle. I'm more aware of changes in my nutrition, drink more water, and the amount of calories I consume on a daily basis. I eat so much better, run and exercise. When I had my first assessment I was 169.2 with a BMI of 35.63, and now after living more healthier, I have gone down from a size 14 to a 10, with a BMI of 28.0 weighing at 145. I speak highly of Nate for the professionalism, and inspiration he has given me to keep at it and keep going!
